Michael graduated from St. John Fisher College in 1999 with a bachelor of arts degree in communications and journalism. He immediately began his public relations career as an assistant in the Dan Klores Communications sports group. Michael spent the next five years executing successful PR/marketing campaigns for a variety of clients including ESPN, Shell’s Wonderful World of Golf, College Sports Television, Showtime Networks, Mike Tyson, Variety and Mike’s Hard Lemonade.
Michael joined World Wrestling Entertainment in 2004 as Director of Publicity where he oversaw national public relations, marketing and branding efforts for top WWE Superstars like John Cena and Triple H. He worked with LionsGate and 20th Century FOX to promote nationally released WWE Films and oversaw all PR efforts for WrestleMania 23 in Chicago. He managed all PR efforts with WWE broadcast and licensee partners including USA Networks, Sony, THQ and Simon & Schuster.
Michael rejoined the DKC sports, media and business group as Vice President in 2007. His current clients include the THQ, Arena Football League and Genius Products.
