(New York, February 9, 2009) DKC announced today the appointment of James Gregson as the firm's new Director of Digital. Gregson, who will serve as DKC's chief strategic voice on interactive campaigns, adds to the firm's capabilities in the digital space.
Gregson will provide strategic and tactical direction on all digital matters, from blogger relations to social networking campaigns to online evangelist seeding strategies.

DKC is well-versed in the online arena, having worked with a number of the web’s top destinations. DKC successes include its efforts for online video leader Veoh, for which DKC was instrumental in raising monthly online viewership by nearly 20 million unique users in just over a year, and former Disney CEO Michael Eisner's online movie studio Vuguru. Among the websites that DKC has launched include The Huffington Post, one of the web's most read blogs, and The Filter, Peter Gabriel's online recommendation service. DKC also represents three of The Hollywood Reporter’s 50 Most Powerful Digital Executives: Michael Eisner, Albie Hecht, and Dmitry Shapiro.
Gregson joins DKC from Lippe Taylor, where he was the founding member of the firm's Emerging Media division. During his tenure, Gregson executed successful social media campaigns for clients such as David's Bridal, IKEA and Diapers.com. Gregson was instrumental in winning new business and educating clients on all things social media. Prior to his experience at Lippe Taylor, Gregson was a member of Hill & Knowlton's Digital practice where he worked with global clients such as Adidas and Procter & Gamble. He is a graduate of Syracuse University, with a degree in computer graphics and animation.
